Overview

Shawn started his career in finance in 2002 in the residential mortgage space. He started as a Junior Loan Officer and became the top producer out of 72 bankers and consistently doubled or tripled the company average for loan volume. He rapidly moved into a team lead position and was responsible for hiring, training, and keeping his team of 8 bankers above their loan volume requirements while also continuing to support his own clients.

Shawn’s team became the top-producing team at the company year after year. Shawn then moved into company marketing for different leads on the Auto Dialer for the entire sales floor.

He then was appointed with the responsibility of helping launch the credit repair division of the company. Shawn later switched companies to a smaller brokerage firm which had less of a volume focus and more of a hands-on approach with their customers where Shawn excelled at training staff and closing loans for clients.

Over Shawn’s tenure, he has closed hundreds of millions in loans for clients and there was a natural progression into commercial lending. Shawn started at Bellevue Capital Group in 2017 as a Commercial Loan Officer and remains committed to the client-centric approach to business.
