Overview

Robert is a Senior Loan Officer at Bellevue Capital Group who has spent the last 15+ years specializing in rehab, construction, and permanent financing for his clients across all commercial real estate asset classes with a specialized focus on multifamily properties. He has closed over $1-Billion loans in his career.

Robert began his career at CBRE working directly with Seattle’s top brokers specializing in industrial, office, retail, and multifamily properties. From there, he joined Walker & Dunlop with a primary focus on underwriting and originating multifamily property loans on the West Coast utilizing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and Life Company executions. More recently, Robert worked as the Vice President at DSC Capital specializing in originating commercial real estate loans utilizing various capital sources to procure permanent, bridge, construction, and mezzanine loans ranging from $1MM - $100MM.

Robert lives in Issaquah, WA with his beautiful wife and three kids. On the weekends you’ll find him exploring the outdoors with his family. Robert also holds his real estate brokers license and is an active real estate investor in the Pacific Northwest.
